Short term Access procedure for DAFNE Light Users

Instructions

1) First of all you need to register at the following link in order to have a username and a password. Then go to the following link Request Access at LNF and follow the reported instructions.
Please use "antonella.balerna@lnf.infn.it" as "INFN Contact Person Email".

2) Download and read Annex 1 (Security rules for DAFNE-Light facility access) and Annex 2 (Information on risks related to User’s experimental activity).

3) Download and fill the DAFNE-Light short term Access Application Form (signature and stamp from your institutions are required), at least 1 week before the DAFNE-Light shifts start; upload it as requested in the Request Access at LNF link.

- Upon arrival Users have to claim their badges. The badge office is open Monday to Friday from 10:30 to 11:30 and is located at the Central Administration Building– Bld.30 – Ufficio Protocollo (ground floor on the right).
