Note for Virtual Meetings

Please note that the meeting will be launched with Zoom, that can host a maximum of 300 participants.

The Secretariat will launch as "host" the virtual meeting room 15 minutes before the indicated event starting time.
Please note that if any of the meeting members do not connect within 15 minutes from the official starting time, the Secretariat will not guarantee the connection maintenance.

The Requestor should connect at least 10 minutes before the event starting time in order to become the event host and be able to manage the meeting.

Please consider that in case of parallel sessions, more administrators (hosts) should be indicated.

The virtual meeting room remains open until the host is connected.
