Meeting Settings
Options are set on “yes”; the requester can ask to change them or can change them during the meeting.

1. NO beep tone on entry and exit

2. Attendees are muted when they join the meeting

3. Attendees are allowed to unmute themselves

4. Guests can join the meeting until it is unlocked, without host admission

5. Attendees are allowed to share their content.

6. Attendees are NOT allowed to control application, web browser or desktop remotely and they cannot annotate on the screen

7. Attendees can view the participant list and they can chat in private with host, presenter and other participants

8. Public chat is available to attendees

Notes
The Secretariat will open as administrator (host) the virtual meeting room 15 minutes before the indicated event starting time.
The Requester should connect at least 10 minutes before the event starting time, in order to receive the privileges of host and be able to manage the meeting, i.e.:
- add/remove participants;
- mute/unmute participants;
- lock/unlock the meeting;
- record the meeting (in cloud or on the host computer);
- define the presenter;
- transfer the host privileges to another participant;
- end the meeting (the meeting will remain open until the host is connected).
- change other meeting options.
Please note that, if the Requester or any other participant will not connect within 10 minutes after the official starting time, the meeting connection maintenance will not be guaranteed. It is the Requester responsibility to indicate alternative hosts in case of multi-day events.
